Section 2 – What kind of information do we collect
When you browse our store, we or any of our authorised serviced providers may, by using cookies, automatically receive information from you such as your computer’s internet protocol address (‘IP address’) so that we are able to learn about your browser and operating system. This is to help you enjoy a better, faster and safer experience with us and our website. Cookies may store information to help us recognise your device (for example, the IP address of your device) and may collect information (for example, the number of times you visit our page). By placing an order with us you authorise us to send you our promotional emails, exclusive sale offers and new product updates from time to time. If you do not wish to receive our promotional emails, please reply to your order confirmation with the title 'unsubscribe' in the subject line or by emailing us at
firstname.lastname@example.org and we will remove your details from our marketing database.
We are committed to keeping your personal data confidential and secure. We will never provide your personal information to other organisations for the purposes of direct marketing.
Section 4 - Age of Consent
By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence, or that you are the age of majority and you consent to any of your minor dependents using our website.
Section 5 – Why we collect, hold, use and disclose personal information
We collect, hold, use and disclose your personal information for the following purposes:

In general, third party organisations we use will only collect, use and disclose your information where they need to perform the services they provide to us.
However some third party organisations such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies which will apply to information we have to give them in relation to your purchases which we recommend you read to understand how your personal information will be dealt with by them.

Section 9 - Shopify
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc which allows us to bring our store online to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage and databases on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway (i.e. payment by credit or debit card) to complete your purchase, then Shopify securely encrypts your credit card data and stores it for as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction after which it is deleted. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
Section 10 – Internet security and third party websites
We take reasonable steps to ensure your personal information is protected from misuse, loss and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. We may hold your information in either electronic or hardcopy form. However, as our website relies on the internet and the internet is inherently unsecure, we cannot guarantee the security of transmission of information communicated online or guarantee that the information will not be intercepted while being transmitted over the internet.

If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
